Guarantee & Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
Terms used in this refund policy are defined in the Term and Conditions or below.
Refunds will only be given for:
- Software returned within 30 days of the purchase or Order Date
- SITM’s Active Trader Lifetime Program in accordance with the Money Back Guarantee Performance Guarantee
- SITM’s Active Trader Starter Program in accordance with the Performance Guarantee
and in accordance with our Refund Policies set out below
No refunds will be given for:
- any other products or services supplied by SITM.
- software data or expired seminar credits.
- any products or services sold as part of a discounted bundle
- seminars or coursed you have attended within an applicable refund period
- Any subscription service
Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you wish to withdraw from SITM’s Active Trader Lifetime Program, you can return all materials including any bonus items in a reusable condition to one of our representatives by 12:00pm on the first day of your scheduled Trading Tactics Seminar or to our office within 21 days from the Date of Enrolment, whichever comes first, and we will refund your Enrolment Fee in full in accordance with our Refund Procedure as set out below.
Performance Guarantee
If after using our Active Trader Lifetime Program for 6 months you don’t make 3 times your Enrolment Fee we will refund your Enrolment Fee in full. To qualify for the Performance Guarantee you must perform 32 Smarter Starter Pack Completed Trades executed within the 6 months from the Date of Enrolment. All Performance Guarantee claims must be made in writing within 7 months of your Enrolment Date and include a copy of your ABC Trading Plans and a copy of the corresponding broker statements. For the purposes of this Performance Guarantee, a “Completed Trade” means a position, or multiple positions, that are opened to enter a single strategy and are later closed in total to exit that strategy for a profit, loss or breakeven.
Partner Pricing Refunds
If you are a Partner Student and we advise you that the Primary Student has requested a refund you may elect by notice in writing within 7 days of the Enrolment Date to either:
- return the Product or Service and receive a refund; or
- upgrade your status to that of a Primary Student by paying the difference between the Partner Student Enrolment Fee and the Enrolment Fee paid by the Primary Student. Failure to make an election will entitle SITM to charge the Outstanding Balance or cancel all rights to the Products or Services.
For a Partner Student to continue to receive Partner pricing, a Partner Student and the Primary Student must progress through the available education levels and pay for Products together.
Seminar Credits
Seminar Credits are not transferable. A cancellation fee will be charged if less than 48 hours written notice to cancel or re-schedule attendance is not received by us. Seminar Credits must be used within 12 months from the Order Date.
REFUND PROCEDURES
Products purchased through SITM, which qualify for a refund as per the terms and conditions of purchase, are payable within 30 days from the date of authorisation, return of materials and receipt by SITM of a written or verbal request prior to the expiry of the guarantee period.
Clients are required to contact the Returns Officer prior to the return of goods to qualify the return criteria. Upon confirmed qualification, a Return Merchandise Authorisation number will be issued. The Return Merchandise Authorisation number is valid for 14 days, at which time the application will lapse and the refund request is no longer valid. Clients wishing to return goods after this time will need to contact the Returns Officer and re-apply. SITM will not accept delivery for any returned material that does not note the Return Merchandise Authorisation number clearly on the outside packaging.
Returning a Active Trader Lifetime Program
If you decide to return your Active Trader Lifetime Program materials at your scheduled Trading Tactics Seminar in re-saleable condition before 12:00pm of the first day of the scheduled Trading Tactics Seminar you will be issued with a receipt.
If you wish to return the Active Trader Lifetime Program materials to our offices during the Refund Period the following procedure will apply:
Contact our Returns Officer (details below) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number and Deed of Release. SITM will not provide a refund or accept delivery of any returned goods unless they:
- clearly display the Return Merchandise Authorisation Number on the outside packaging.
- are in re-saleable condition as determined by SITM at its sole discretion.
- are accompanied by a signed Deed Of Release.
Cancelling a Seminar
If you wish to cancel a seminar or workshop contact our Returns Officer (details below). A confirmation email will be provided.
Performance Guarantee Refund
If you wish to claim a refund on the basis of our Performance Guarantee, your claim will need to be received within 7 months from the Date of Enrolment. You will need to provide:
- copies of your ABC Trading Plans for a minimum of 32 trades for a 6 month period.
- a copy of the corresponding broker statements.
These need to be sent to the Returns Officer with your claim. The Returns Officer will provide an email confirming receipt of your claim. You will be advised of the result of your claim within 7 days from the date of confirmation.
Returns
SITM or HUBB takes no responsibility for the return of Products and recommends all Products be returned using a secure method of delivery. All delivery charges will be at the purchasers sole cost.
Payments
Successful refund claims will be paid within 30 days from either:
- In the case of a Product refund, the date that the product is returned to SITM.
- In the case of a seminar or workshop refund, the date that SITM has received a request for a refund in writing before the expiry of the refund period.
- In the case of Performance Guarantee refund, the date your claim has been assessed.
Refunds will be made via the payment method of the original purchase or in the case of direct debit payments, by cheque. Please note credit card issuer may take up to 5 days to process refunds. Any shipping and handling cost will be deducted from refunds where applicable.

Definitions
Enrolment Fee means the fee paid to enroll in a SITM program, seminar or workshop.
Order Date means the date shown on any Order Enrolment Form for a Product or the date that the Product was purchased.
Partner Student means a student who has elected to enroll in a program with a related student.
Primary Student means the related student to a Partner Student.
Product or Service means any Products or Service purchased for SITM or HUBB.
Refund Period means the period set out above for the returning a Product
Seminar Credit means the right to attend a seminar or workshop.
